Where do your trips start and end?
All safaris start and finish in Sharm el Sheikh.

Are transfers included?
Transfers from SSH Airport or hotels in Sharm el Sheikh on start and end dates are usually included in the charter rate.
Please send your arrival details at least one week before departure.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 6:00 pm on arrival day.
Check-out: by 8:00 am on the final Saturday.
First night is on board in the marina. Last night is on board or in a 4-star hotel (depending on boat schedule).
Early check-out on Friday evening/night may be possible upon request.

Can I rent diving equipment?
Yes, full or partial equipment can be pre-booked (at least one week in advance).
We carry only limited spare gear on board — please bring essential spare parts for your own equipment.

Do you offer Nitrox?
Yes, Nitrox up to 32% for certified divers against surcharge.
Available in 12L and 15L tanks.

Can I take a course during the safari?
AOWD, Nitrox and specialty courses are available.
Please register at least one week before departure.

Do I need diving insurance?
We strongly recommend valid diving accident insurance.

What safety equipment is on board?
Oxygen, first aid kits, life jackets in every cabin, life rafts, and fire extinguishers in all cabins, salon, and on all decks.
A full safety briefing is given upon arrival.

What environmental rules apply?
No collecting corals, no littering, no feeding marine life, no walking on reefs.
Maximum legal dive depth in Egypt: 40 meters.

What is life like on board?
Air-conditioned cabins, buffet meals, soft drinks included.
Salon is a dry area.
We have lots of space to lounge in shade and in the sun, on two decks.
Please inform us in advance about dietary requirements.
Alcohol is permitted, but not between dives.

Is smoking allowed?
No smoking in cabins or salon.
Use ashtrays and never throw cigarette butts overboard.
No smoking on the dive deck.

Is WiFi available?
No onboard WiFi.
SIM cards are available at the airport. Coverage varies offshore.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash only (Euro, CHF, USD, EGP).
Credit cards are not accepted on board.

How do gratuities work?
Tipping is customary.
We recommend approximately 80–100 Euro per guest for crew and guides.

What should I pack?
Light clothing for warm days, something warmer for cooler evenings.
220V power is available (charging in salon or dive deck only).
